Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hands on Earth Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced in Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, from organically grown olives sourced from olive groves within the Trás-os-Montes PDO region. Extracted exclusively by mechanical processes, they preserve the aroma, flavour, and natural characteristics of the fruit.

The collection includes Casa de Valpereiro olive oils, made with different selections of olives, from Premium blends to Field Blends, offering distinct aromatic profiles for various culinary uses.

It also includes the Altitude Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Quinta Mourisca, produced in Alfândega da Fé, Trás-os-Montes, at an altitude of about 1000 meters. Cold-extracted and unfiltered, it is made with the Cobrançosa, Madural, and Verdeal varieties, presenting a flavour profile with green and mature notes and a spicy and persistent finish.

With distinct aromatic profiles, they are ideal for seasoning salads, vegetables, pasta, fish, meat, soups, and for finishing gourmet recipes. Renowned for their quality, these olive oils are also distinguished by the awards obtained in national and international competitions.
