Altitude Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml | Quinta Mourisca
The Organic Altitude Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the olive groves of Agrobom, in Alfândega da Fé, Trás-os-Montes, at an altitude of approximately 1000 meters. Cold-extracted and unfiltered at the Lagar de Chacim mill, it preserves the natural profile of the olive and the expression of the Trás-os-Montes region.
Made from the Cobrançosa, Madural, and Verdeal varieties, this is a limited-production olive oil, with only 1,000 bottles from the November 2025 harvest. On the palate, it reveals green and ripe notes, finishing with a spicy and persistent touch.
A special edition for those who appreciate olive oils with character and identity, ideal for finishing dishes or desserts, especially when a subtle touch of flavor is desired without overpowering other ingredients.
