Roasted Quails with Aromatic Herbs
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 clean quails
- 2 teaspoons of Hands on Earth Poultry Seasoning with Sea Salt
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 100 ml of white wine
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
Preparation
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, white wine, and Hands on Earth Poultry Seasoning with Sea Salt.
- Coat the quails with the marinade and let them rest for about 1 hour.
- Place in a baking dish and roast in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally with the roasting juices.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with roasted potatoes, wild rice, or grilled vegetables. The sea salt and aromatic herbs enhance the delicate flavour of the quails, providing an elegant and aromatic dish.
