Ingredients (2–4 people)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g feta cheese (optional)
- A handful of black olives
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Flower of Salt with Black Olive Hands on Earth
- Dried oregano to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Preparation
- Place the tomato, cucumber, onion, and olives in a salad bowl.
- Add the feta cheese and basil, if desired.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Season with oregano and finish with Flower of Salt with Black Olive Hands on Earth.
- Mix gently and serve immediately.
