Greek Salad with Flor de Sal and Green Olive
Ingredients (2–4 people)
- 3 ripe tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g feta cheese (optional)
- A handful of green olives
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Flor de Sal with Green Olive Hands on Earth
- Dried oregano to taste
- Fresh mint or basil leaves (optional)
Preparation
- Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives in a bowl.
- Add the feta cheese and herbs.
- Season with extra virgin olive oil and oregano.
- Finish with Flor de Sal with Green Olive Hands on Earth and gently toss.
- Serve chilled as a starter or side dish.
