Mediterranean Salad with Flor de Sal and Black Olive

Ingredients (2–4 people)

• 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 100g feta cheese (optional)
• A handful of black olives
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of Hands on Earth Flor de Sal with Black Olive
• Dried oregano to taste
• Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  

Preparation

1. Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives in a salad bowl.
2. Add the feta cheese and basil, if desired.
3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
4. Season with oregano and finish with Hands on Earth Flor de Sal with Black Olive.
5. Mix gently and serve immediately.
