Roast Kid Goat with Aromatic Herbs
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 kg kid goat, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons of Hands on Earth Kid Goat Blend with Sea Salt
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 150 ml white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- Small roasting potatoes
Preparation
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, white wine, and the Hands on Earth Kid Goat Blend with Sea Salt.
- Thoroughly coat the kid goat and marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Place in a baking dish with the potatoes and bay leaf and roast in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
Serving suggestion
