Ingredients
Fish oil (33% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) / 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)), natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), antioxidant 0.2 mg (antioxidant blend that includes natural extract rich in alpha-tocopherol (E306), ascorbyl palmitate (E304i) and propyl gallate (E310); capsule: gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
How to take
- Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal.
- The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
