Grilled Sirloin Steak with Aromatic Herbs

Ingredients (4 people):

• 4 sirloin steaks (about 180–200 g each)
• 2 teaspoons of Hands on Earth Organic Meat Blend
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 crushed garlic cloves (optional)
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon of butter or olive oil to finish (optional)
  
  

Preparation

1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before preparation to allow them to reach room temperature.
2. Season the steaks with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, and the Hands on Earth Organic Meat Blend, ensuring both sides are well coated.
3. Heat the grill or frying pan well and cook the steaks for about 2 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on the desired doneness.
4. Remove the meat and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving, to keep the juices inside.
5. Finish with a little more Organic Meat Blend if you want a more intense aroma.
   
   

Serving Suggestion

Serve with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad. The combination of fleur de sel and aromatic herbs enhances the natural flavour of the meat and adds a gourmet touch to a traditional recipe.
