Roast Pork Loin with Herbs and Lemon

Ingredients (4 servings)

• 800 g pork loin
• 2 teaspoons of Hands on Earth Pork Seasoning with Sea Salt
• 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 100 ml white wine
• Zest of ½ lemon
• Small potatoes for roasting
  
  

Preparation

1. Mix the olive oil, garlic, white wine, and Hands on Earth Pork Seasoning with Sea Salt.
2. Rub the pork loin with this marinade and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
3. Place in a baking dish with the potatoes and roast in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 60 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with roasted potatoes and sautéed vegetables or a fresh salad. The aromatic herbs and a touch of lemon provide a balanced and fresh flavour, making this blend ideal for enhancing pork.
