Ingredients (4 servings)

• 8 slices of rustic bread
• 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of Hands on Earth Sea Salt with Oregano
• 1 clove of garlic
• Fresh basil leaves to taste
  

Preparation

1. Lightly toast the bread and rub each slice with the garlic clove.
2. Mix the tomatoes with the olive oil and the Hands on Earth Sea Salt with Oregano.
3. Distribute the mixture over the bread and finish with fresh basil leaves.
