Mediterranean Focaccia with Sea Salt and Black Olive

Ingredients (4–6 people)

• 500g focaccia dough
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons Hands on Earth Black Olive Sea Salt
• 100g cherry tomatoes
• Fresh rosemary to taste
• Whole black olives to taste
  
  

Preparation

1. Roll out the dough on an olive oil-greased baking tray and lightly press the surface with your fingertips.
2. Distribute the cherry tomatoes, olives, and rosemary.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with Hands on Earth Black Olive Sea Salt.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the focaccia is golden.

Serving suggestion

Serve warm as a starter, side dish, or with cheese and charcuterie boards. The intense flavour of the black olive adds a Mediterranean and gourmet touch to this classic recipe.
