Roasted Potatoes with Sea Salt and Garlic
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 800 g small potatoes
- 2 teaspoons of Hands on Earth Sea Salt with Garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
- Wash the potatoes well and cut them in half, if necessary.
- Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season with Hands on Earth Sea Salt with Garlic and rosemary.
- Mix well and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.
- Finish with fresh parsley before serving.
