• Organic hard Wheat semolina.
• Edible flower petals (roses, sunflowers, pansies, calendula)

Contains wheat (gluten).

• 1 cup couscous. 1 cup hot water. 1 tablespoon olive oil. ½ teaspoon salt (optional)

Place the couscous in a bowl. Add the hot water, olive oil, and salt. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff the grains with a fork before serving.

Organic Couscous with Edible Flowers and Mediterranean Vegetables

Ingredients

• 1 packet of Hands on Earth Organic Couscous with Edible Flowers
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• Diced cucumber
• Chopped fresh mint
• Juice of ½ lemon

Preparation

Prepare the couscous according to package instructions. Once fluffed with a fork, mix in the vegetables, mint, olive oil, and lemon juice. Serve cold as a salad or as a side dish with fish, poultry, or vegetarian meals.
